Eleanor Aiello of Great Kills passed on January 16, 2006.
Beloved wife of Salvatore.
Loving mother of John and Vincent Aiello, Rosemarie Valentine,
Janice Drummer, Pran Kelley, Julia Yagos and Eleanor Wood.
Dear sister of Helen Lorenzo.
Also survived by ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home,

SALVATORE V. AIELLO, 94, of Jackson Twp., NJ,
passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at Sunrise of Jackson, Jackson Twp.
He was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided in Staten Island, NY, before settling in Jackson Twp., 2 years ago.
Salvatore was employed as a Stage Hand for CBS in New York, and prior to that, he worked as a Butcher for Old Boheim Meat Market, NY, NY, the New York Police Department, and the New York City Post Office.
He was a United States Army Veteran serving with the 56th Fighter Control Squadron during WWII, earning the American Service Medal, Asiatic Pacific Medal, Good Conduct Medal,
World War II Victory Medal, and the Philippines Liberation Ribbon.

Salvatore was predeceased by his Parents, Vincent Louis and Pauline Aiello; his Wife,
Eleanor Aiello; and by his Son, John Michael Aiello.

He is survived by his Son, Vincent Louis Aiello and his Wife, Colleen;
his Daughters, Rosemarie Valentine and her Husband, Andrew, Janice Drummer, Frances Kelly and her Husband, Frank, Julia M. Yagos and her Husband, Don, and Eleanor L. Wood and her Husband, John;
his 10 Grandchildren; and by his 10 Great grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Visitation from 2-4 & 6-8 PM on Tuesday,
December, 19, 2017, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson Twp., NJ 08527.
A funeral gathering will be offered at 9:30 AM followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at the funeral home. Interment with Military Honors will follow in Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Province Line Rd., Arneytown, NJ 08562. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Salvatore’s memory to Compassionate Care Hospice, 1130 Hooper Ave., Suite 2, Toms River, NJ 08753 or the Disabled American Veterans Chapter 77, PO Box 797, Jackson, NJ 08527 or the Michael J.
